Thursday, June 25, 2020 | 1pm – 5pm Eastern | via Live Webinar
Join us for this very special workshop where Tax Attorney and National Speaker Eric Green will walk you through the IRS audit process, how to handle an audit like a pro and what to do when things are going sideways with the examiner. With the IRS waging war on more than 7 million non-filers, and with most audits being done through automation, the need for trained practitioners who know what they are doing has never been higher, and with the fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic the number of taxpayers who need help is going to explode.
This special workshop will include the following:
- The IRS Audit Process
- The IRS Notices
- Power of Attorney Issues
- The Taxpayer Interview
- Records and the Quickbooks File
- Issues surrounding Cash Intensive Businesses
- Hobby Loss Considerations
- Eggshell Audit (ie. Fraud) Concerns
- Reconstructing Records
- How to File and Prepare an Appeal
The workshop will include detailed case studies, including all of the necessary forms and letters. Attendees will receive checklists, sample letters, and tons of exhibits that they can use right in their own practice. Eric will also review marketing techniques to help attendees find clients and add an extra $100,000 to their bottom line!
Due to the in-depth nature of this workshop, attendance is limited to 100 attendees so all attendee questions can be answered.
