She has 25 years of experience serving accounting firms, tech vendors, financial institutions, and fintech companies. She is a certified business coach and a certified transformational coach, an author, ghostwriter, and builder of B2B influencer and speaker platforms. Her most recent book is The Bank Your Brain Blueprint™ and Avoiding App-athy: Your Step-by-Step Guide to Winning More Sales and Customer Advocates in the Accounting Channel.

Gaynor earned a Master of Science degree in marketing communications from Eastern Michigan University, a graduate diploma in corporate communications from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Consumer Studies from the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario. She continues her education daily.
