During this week’s episode of the Tax Rep Network Podcast, Roger Nemeth from Tax Help Software joins Eric Green to discuss current events taking place in the industry, including the growth of Tax Mentor, adjustments to the Tax Help Software program that have recently occurred, and the two-day workshop in Las Vegas scheduled for December 13th and 14th at Suncoast.
To start the conversation, Roger gives a detailed explanation of Tax Help Software. He states, “Tax Help Software is the transcript software that’s been around for over 10 years. It created a new software category that hadn’t existed before, which is the analysis of IRS transcripts…”
He then segues into a discussion about Tax Mentor, how it originally came about, and how it has been gaining momentum.
Eric comments that Tax Mentor has done a great job of “closing the gap” that sometimes opens when Tax Rep Network members are unsure about new codes and Tax Help Software reports.
Roger agrees with this observation, and goes on to discuss the importance of continuing education in this industry—particularly with events like the one taking place later this year in Las Vegas (in which there is still room for attendees, but not much!).
