Sharon, before joining Kostelanetz & Fink in NYC was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York where she prosecuted criminals in the Southern District of New York. Sharon and Eric will explore the requirements for tax offenses and when a potential mental impairment should be considered as a defense or as a mitigating factor in sentencing.
