Can an offer be filed if the client is in bankruptcy?

Yes, it can. The IRS generally refuses to consider an Offer when the client is in bankruptcy, however, courts that have considered this have ruled that the IRS is required to consider the Offer despite the bankruptcy.

- Do you charge for consultations, and if so what do you provide to justify that consult fee?
