Can you adjust a taxpayer’s withholding to reduce their income and help them get their Offer accepted?

No. The IRS knows that taxpayers often do not have the proper withholding done on their wages, so the IRS will calculate what the taxpayer\’s current withholding should be to avoid using an inaccurate number.

Offers-in-Compromise
- Do you charge for consultations, and if so what do you provide to justify that consult fee?
